A company's most critical operational data lives inside its ERP. Sales, procurement, inventory, accounting, production, and cash flow: the information that drives every major business decision is accumulated within that single system. Yet in most organisations, accessing that data still means navigating multiple menus, configuring query conditions, exporting to spreadsheets, and reformatting the output before it can be used. ERP is the backbone of the enterprise, but the gap between the data it holds and the speed at which people can actually use it remains one of the most persistent challenges in business operations. The AI era is changing that expectation. W-JIT is Woongjin's response.
SAP Business One is an integrated ERP platform designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, unifying core processes including accounting, finance, sales, inventory, and manufacturing within a single system. As Korea's number one SAP Business One partner, Woongjin has spent decades helping businesses implement, operate, and optimise this platform across diverse industries.
That experience has made one thing clear: the system works. The challenge is not the ERP itself. It is the friction between the data it holds and the speed at which people can act on it. A finance manager checking cash flow projections should not have to run three separate reports. A procurement officer monitoring stock levels should not need to export data to a spreadsheet before spotting a risk.
The AI era demands more than a system that stores and retrieves data. It demands a system that understands what you are asking, connects the right data, and helps you decide what to do next.
W-JIT is an AI Agent platform developed by Woongjin, exclusively for SAP Business One. It enables businesses to utilise SAP Business One more easily, swiftly, and intelligently, going well beyond a question-and-answer chatbot. W-JIT is a business-grade AI Agent that understands SAP Business One's operational structure, data flows, and business logic, and uses that understanding to support real work: real-time operational queries, anomaly detection, in-depth analysis, predictive modelling, and dynamic visualisation, all grounded in live ERP data.
W-JIT is not a simple question-and-answer chatbot. It is designed as a business-oriented AI Agent that genuinely understands SAP Business One workflows. At the heart of this is the AI Orchestration Core, built on an MCP Router, MCP Service, and MCP Adapter structure that identifies user intent and connects the right systems and data to fulfil each request.
Users interact with W-JIT through multiple interfaces: AI Copilot, SAP B1 AI Add-on, and WRPA. The system processes natural language queries and automation triggers by connecting SAP Core, GCP Data, and the AI Engine in a coordinated sequence.
The processing flow operates as follows:
W-JIT is applied across the four major operational domains of SAP Business One, delivering AI-driven prediction and deep analysis scenarios in each area.
(1) Finance Module. In the finance domain, W-JIT enables short-term cash flow forecasting, overdue risk customer scoring, and anomaly detection for cash inflows and outflows. Businesses can anticipate projected balances and potential cash shortfall dates in advance, proactively manage counterparties with a high likelihood of payment delay, and detect unusual cash flow patterns that may signal an early warning of risk.
(2) Inventory and Procurement Module. W-JIT forecasts future demand based on historical shipment and sales time-series data, simulates projected stock depletion over lead times, and issues early warnings for stockout risk and excess inventory, with recommended response actions. This enables optimal safety stock calculation, the derivation of ideal order quantities and reorder timing, and proactive forecasting of quality and overstock risks.
(3) Sales Module. In the sales domain, W-JIT supports demand forecasting by item and customer account, as well as sales representative and customer performance analysis. Using item, customer, and regional data, it forecasts shipment demand and revenue trends, identifies the root causes of sudden sales spikes or drops, and provides the insights needed to determine the right follow-up actions.
(4) Accounting and Profit/Loss Module. W-JIT supports cost forecasting, margin impact analysis, and anomalous journal entry detection. By learning from large volumes of financial and logistics data, it applies regression-based modelling to predict costs, automatically identifies the key drivers behind margin decline and cost increases, and flags unusual accounting entries for review.
When enterprises consider applying AI to their ERP, security is consistently the foremost concern. ERP systems contain the most sensitive data an organisation holds: customer records, revenue figures, cost structures, accounting entries, and inventory positions. W-JIT addresses this directly by providing a private AI pipeline that can operate within a closed internal network environment, without relying on external API calls. Through its own Vector DB and RAG architecture, W-JIT leverages the enterprise's internal data and knowledge assets entirely within the organisation's own infrastructure.
W-JIT also provides a proprietary sLLM engine fine-tuned specifically for SAP Business One's business domain and HANA DB structure, delivering practical AI performance aligned to SAP workflows. Rather than depending solely on large commercial models, W-JIT supports a flexible model selection approach, allowing enterprises to choose parameter models that match their security environment, budget, and infrastructure capacity. This reduces cloud dependency and enables customers to configure an AI environment that conforms to internal security policy, while accessing proven AI performance at optimal cost through fine-tuned sLLM models.
